A private ritual for two

One photo a day

together, even apart

The rule

Share yours to see theirs.

Their day is already waiting for you. It stays sealed until you send your own — so you both open the day at the same moment, like a letter neither of you read early.

A partner's entry waiting, still locked until you share yours

Every day

Share a moment from your day.

The light at 7am. Feet on the couch. Toast that came out a little too dark. Not the highlight of the day — just what the day actually looked like.

Just the two of you

React to their day.

A word back. A small note under their photo. No audience, no performance — this is a conversation with exactly one person.

See their day without opening anything.

Their photo sits quietly on your home screen. Different city, different time zone — you still catch the same moment.

Your private recap

Every day becomes a memory, together.

Months later it is all still here, in order — the days you built one at a time. This is what the shape of your love looks like three years from now.

A calendar of past days, each one a photo

No likes. No filters.

Just you and them.

Not a diary. Not a cloud album. Not a chat app.
One photo, once a day, for one person.

Questions

What is DAYUS?
DAYUS is a private photo-sharing app for couples. You and your partner each send one photo from your day, and it becomes a small daily ritual the two of you keep together.
How does the daily unlock work?
Their photo stays sealed until you send yours. Once you both have, the day opens at the same moment — so neither of you is only watching.
Does DAYUS work for long-distance couples?
That is who it was built for. A widget keeps their most recent day on your home screen, so you catch the same moment even across cities and time zones.
Who can see our photos?
Only the partner you are connected with. There is no public feed, no likes, no followers, and no way for anyone else to find what you share.
Is DAYUS free?
DAYUS is free to download on iPhone. You only need your partner to join with your invite code.
Is there an Android version?
DAYUS is on iPhone today. Android is in the works — leave your email on the Android page and we will tell you the day it opens.
What happens to the days we have already shared?
They stay in your private calendar, in order, for the two of you to look back on whenever you want.
